The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office says 69-year-old Robert Leon Smith hasn’t been heard from since Friday, May 2nd when he reportedly told a family member he was in trouble. Investigators say his phone has been turned off since that conversation. His vehicle, a black 2012 Chrysler Town and Country with Michigan plate EXJ 6922 was last detected by a FLOCK camera Monday on I-96 near Davison. Smith is diabetic and is believed to be without insulin.
