MDOT halts cash payments for good

The Michigan Department of Transportation says the Blue Water Bridge will remain cashless indefinitely. Eastbound tolling lanes on the Port Huron side of the bridge has not accepted cash since March of 2020 and the transportation agency says the will move permanently to cashless operations. Single crossing payments at the toll booth can be made with a credit or debit card or a pre-paid commercial or commuter pass. You can register for an RFID tags by visiting www.BlueWaterBridge.us.
