Kimball Township Clerk Robert Hand has died. Hand passed away on June 16 and had had served the community as Township Clerk for the past 8 years. Prior to that he also served as Deputy Supervisor of Kimball Township. Township trustees have 45 days to appoint a new clerk to serve for the remainder of Hand’s term. Robert Hand was 72 years old.
