Sanilac County Authorities say they have located an elderly man who was reported missing. According to the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office, 80-year old James Francis Cox was last seen Tuesday in the Marlette area. Authorities believed the man may have been endangered and were seeking the public’s assistance in locating him. The sheriff’s office late Wednesday announced that Cox was located in Sterling Heights. Authorities say he will be seeking medical treatment and it is unknown at this time why he went missing.
