St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon has tapped a replacement for outgoing jail administrator Tom Bliss. Donnellon, in a statement to WPHM, says Tracy DeCaussin will take over the operations of the county jail. DeCaussin served as Bliss’ executive assistant and began her career with the Sheriff’s office in 1998. Donnellon says she has extensive knowledge about the position and that the county, “Could not find ourselves in more capable hands heading into 2020.” DeCaussin becomes the fourth jail administrator since the new 491 bed facility opened in 2005.
