An Armada man has died in a Wednesday morning in a single vehicle crash near Capac. According to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s office, the 63 year old man was traveling on Belle River Road in Berlin Township when his pickup truck left the roadway. He proceeded to strike a propane tank and a tree in the 14000 block of Belle River Road. The propane tank was not damaged. First responders were called to the scene and performed CPR on the man. He was taken to a Lapeer area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
