A new scholarship being rolled out by the St. Clair County Community Foundation yesterday… aimed at students who haven’t completed their education. The Community Foundation and the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation in Detroit have committed to funding a million dollars for the Complete Your Degree program over the next three years. Mike Cansfield, Chairman of the Community Foundation, tells WPHM the “Complete your Degree Program” is open to SC-4 students who have already completed some college credits, but are at risk of not completing their college education due to life needs and obstacles.
