Michigan topped No. 16 Michigan State on Saturday 77-68 in college basketball action in Ann Arbor. The Wolverines have now won three of their last four games, while the Spartans have dropped three in a row. Zavier Simpson had 16 points and Isaiah Livers 14 for the Wolverines, who play at Northwestern on Wednesday. Cassius Winston scored a game high 20 for the Spartans, while Xavier Tillman added 17 points and 12 rebounds. State plays at No. 20 Illinois on Tuesday.
