Comeback Falls Short

The Detroit Red Wings scored three times in the third period, but eventually lost in overtime 5-4 on Wednesday night to the Chicago Blackhawks.  Dylan Larkin and Andreas Athanasiou each had two goals for the Wings, while Anthony Mantha added four assists.  Patrick Kane had two goals for Chicago, including the overtime winner.  The Red Wings host Minnesota on Friday night.
