No. 16 Michigan State blew out No. 18 Washington State 42-17 on Thursday night in the Holiday Bowl. The win was the 100th at MSU for Spartans coach Mark Dantonio. Brian Lewerke passed for 213 yards and three touchdowns, while rushing for another 73 yards. LJ Scott had 110 yards rushing and two scores, while Felton Davis caught four passes for 118 yards and a touchdown.
