Nominations for the 2024 Port Huron Area School District’s Advocator, Innovator, and Educator of the Year are being accepted now but the deadline to do so is fast approaching. Families with children enrolled in the district are being asked to nominate faculty members who embody the district’s mission to assure student success inside and outside of the classroom. Winners of this year’s awards will receive a free, one-night stay at a local hotel, and over five hundred dollars in gift cards, including many from Downtown Port Huron businesses. Awards will be presented in class during National Teacher Appreciation week, May 6th through the 10th.
