
Down 4-1 after the first period on Wednesday night, the Detroit Red Wings stormed back to beat the Boston Bruins 6-5 in shootout at Joe Louis Arena. The victory was the third straight for the Wings, who got a goal and two assists from Tomas Tatar, and a goal and an assist from Dylan Larkin. Xavier Ouellet, Andreas Athanasiou, and Gus Nyquist also scored for the Wings, who are (6-0) in shootout this season. Detroit will travel to Buffalo to face the Sabres on Friday.
