
The Port Huron Prowlers suffered their third straight one goal loss to the Danville Dashers on New Years Eve, falling 5-4 at McMorran Arena. Down 5-2 going into the final period, the Prowlers rallied for two goals, but came up short in the end, despite 16 shots on goal in the final 20 minutes. Austin Daae scored twice and had an assist, while Ahmed Mahfouz added a goal and three assists, and Matt Robertson a goal and two assists for Port Huron. The Prowlers are home to Cornwall next Friday.
