The Michigan Department of Transportation is hosting a public open house to discuss the first phase of construction on the Blue Water Bridge plaza. MDOT staff will be on hand to discuss updates to the plaza expansion project in Port Huron. Proposed changes include moving of the Eastbound I-94/I-69 exit to Pine Grove Avenue, redesigning the intersection at Pine Grove and 10th, and placing noise barriers for residents living in the project area. The event will take place March 11th from 2 until 6 p.m. at the MDOT Blue Water Bridge Annex on 11th Avenue in Port Huron. Community leaders, local business owners, and residents are encouraged to attend.
