Two were injured following a single vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Sanilac County’s Bridgehampton Township. According to Sanilac County Sheriff’s Deputies, a car driven by a 55-year old Sandusky woman failed to stop at a stop sign at Sanilac and Ruth Road and entered a ditch to the south of the intersection. The driver and her 31 year passenger were extricated from the vehicle by Carsonville Fire Department crews. They were taken to area hospitals for treatment of undisclosed injuries and deputies say dense fog is believed to have been a factor in the crash.
