Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says fully vaccinated Americans could be allowed to enter into Canada as soon as next month. Trudeau, speaking with leaders of Canada’s provinces on Thursday, says the country is expected to be in a position to welcome fully vaccinated Americans by mid-August and travelers from all countries by early September. The border has been closed since last March to all but essential vehicle travel.
