Algonac restaurant named possible COVID-19 exposure site

The St. Clair County Health Department is reporting that an employee at Club Capri, located in Algonac, has tested positive for the coronavirus. Those who visited the restaurant on July 18th and 19th may have been exposed to the virus. The health department says management has been cooperating with local officials and that the restaurant will remain open to the public. Patrons who may have been exposed are encouraged to self monitor for symptoms and to seek testing if symptoms develop. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fatigue, cough, fever or chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, and new loss of taste or smell, among others.
