With the game tied at 34-34 and under 2:30 to play in the fourth quarter, the Marine City girl’s basketball team went on a 9-0 run to beat Lutheran North 43-34 on Monday night in the opening game of District Playoff action at Marine City. Morgan McConnell scored a game high 19 points, including the last nine scored in the game. Marine City plays St. Clair on Wednesday in the District Semi-Finals.
