No. 14 Michigan State beat Northwestern 79-50 on Wednesday night in Big Ten action. The Spartans have won two in a row and remain in first place in the conference standings. Cassius Winston had 18 points, Xavier Tillman 14, and Foster Loyer 12 to lead State. The Spartans play at Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon.
