Three suspects accused of breaking and entering and retail fraud are in custody. Port Huron Police were called to a residence in the 200 block of Rural Street last Thursday on reports of a man inside the homeowner’s garage. Police searched the area and located a suspicious vehicle parked near Central Middle School. Three occupants were inside as well as items from the homeowner’s garage and other evidence. 34 year old Joshua Allen Spencer of Port Huron, 49 year old Donnie Lee Bryan of Warren, and 44 year old Kimberly Marie Parker of Port Huron Township were all taken into custody. Spencer and Bryan are expected to face both breaking and entering charges and retail crime charges. All three suspects are also facing controlled substance charges. They are currently being housed at the St. Clair County Jail.
