Jamal Agnew took a kick off back 100 yards for a touchdown, as the Detroit Lions won in Philadelphia on Sunday 27-24 over the Eagles. Marvin Jones had six catches for 101 yards and a score for Detroit, who improved to (2-0-1) on the season. The Lions return home next Sunday to face the Kansas City Chiefs.
