The Detroit Tigers hit three home runs in the 4th inning on Thursday to beat the Kansas City Royals 6-4 and snap a four game losing streak.  Brandon Dixon, Dawel Lugo, and Jordy Mercer all went deep for Detroit, while Harold Castro picked up three hits and an RBI, and Willi Castro singled in two runs for the Tigers.  Detroit heads to Oakland on Friday, where they will complete a suspended game from May, before opening a scheduled three game weekend series.
