The Detroit Tigers opened a six game home stand with a 5-3 loss to the Texas Rangers on Tuesday night. Ronny Rodriguez hit a two run home run for the Tigers, who have dropped five straight overall, and at Comerica Park, where they are (2-18) in their last 20 home games. Game two of a three game set with the Rangers is scheduled for Wednesday night.
