For the second night in a row the Port Huron Prowlers battled till the end, only to come up a goal short, losing 3-2 to the Carolina Thunderbirds on Saturday night. Alex Johnson and Matt Graham scored for the Prowlers, who lost the best-of-three series, 2-0. It is the first time in team history Port Huron has lost a first round playoff series. Carolina will face Elmira in the Commissioner’s Cup Finals.
