No. 9 Michigan State beat Nebraska 91-76 on Tuesday night, the win combined with a Purdue loss on Tuesday, has created a three way tie for first in the Big Ten with one game left in the season for the Spartans, Boilermakers, and Michigan Wolverines. Michigan State and No. 7 Michigan meet on Saturday with the winner promised no worse than a share of the Big Ten title. Kenny Goins had 24 and Matt McQuaid 22 in the win over Nebraska.
