The Detroit Red Wings raced out to a 3-0 lead on Monday night, only to lose 4-3 in shootout to visiting Florida. Andreas Athanasiou, Gus Nyquist, and Thomas Vanek scored goals for the Wings, who have lost five in a row. Detroit is home to Calgary on Wednesday night.
