Andre Drummond poured in 31 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as the Detroit Pistons opened the preseason with a 97-91 win at Oklahoma City on Wednesday night. Stanley Johnson added 14 points for the Pistons who continue exhibition play at San Antonio on Friday.
