The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office is inviting citizens to sit down and have a cup of coffee with their deputies tomorrow. October 3rd is National “Coffee with a Cop” day, and serves to break the barriers and open up the relationship between deputies and citizens in the communities they serve. “There is no agenda, no speeches, just a chance to relax with conversation and a coffee.” Sheriff Donnellon went on to say he encourages people to show up, ask questions and enjoy a free cup of coffee. Deputies will be on hand at the Dunkin Donuts on 24th Avenue in Fort Gratiot from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
