Justin Verlander struck out 10 over seven innings, leading the Houston Astros to a 3-2 win over the Detroit Tigers on Monday night at Comerica Park. Nick Castellanos had two hits and an RBI for the Tigers, who host game two of a three game series on Tuesday evening.
