Heroin and marijuana seized in drug bust

Five were arrested Monday night by the St. Clair County Drug Task Force in a heroin bust in Port Huron Township. According to Sheriff Tim Donnellon, an investigation into the sales of heroin in the Port Huron area lead authorities to the 4-thousand block of Dove Road around 10pm Monday night. DTF agents executed a search warrant and located $750 dollars worth of heroin, $600 dollars worth of marijuana, as well as drug paraphernalia and cash. Three Port Huron men between the ages of 23 and 27 as well as two Port Huron women ages 20 and 36 were arrested. They face charges including possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
