Tigers Shutout By Sox

For the 13th time this season the Detroit Tigers were shutout on Friday night, losing 1-0 to the Boston Red Sox in the first game of a three game series at Comerica Park.  Steven Pearce doubled in the games only run in the top of the first inning, while former Tigers David Price tossed six and a third innings allowing just four hits.  Game two of the series is set for Saturday evening.
