The Detroit Tigers lost 7-5 to the Texas Rangers on Thursday night in the first game of a four game series at Comerica Park. The Rangers stormed out to a 7-0 lead in the game, before the Tigers made things interesting with a late rally. Niko Goodrum had a home run for Detroit, while John Hicks, Jim Adduci, Ronny Rodriguez, and Victor Reyes all drove in a run. The Tigers and Rangers meet again on Friday night.
