A health fair, put on by the Port Huron Branch of the NAACP, the City of Port Huron, and Lake Huron Medical Center, will take place this Saturday. Kevin Watkins is the president of the local branch of the NAACP and says the educational program is important to South Side residents who may not have access to these types of programs. The event will also include free blood pressure tests and cancer screenings. The health fair takes place at the Port Huron Housing Commission Reinvestment Center located on 24th street in Port Huron Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
