Its over for the Michigan State basketball season. The Spartans lost on Sunday in the NCAA tournament to Syracuse, 55-53 at LCA in Detroit. Cassius Winston scored 15, Miles Bridges 11, and Nick Ward 10 for the Spartans who went (30-5) this year. Syracuse advances to the Sweet 16 to face Duke.
