Trevor Daley scored with six seconds left in overtime, as the Red Wings won in New York on Sunday night 3-2 over the Rangers. Andreas Athanasiou and Darren Helm also scored for Detroit. The NHL trade deadline is Monday afternoon. The Wings play again on Wednesday in St. Louis.
