Michigan State won the Big Ten regular season out right on Sunday, with a 68-63 win at Wisconsin. The Spartans have won 12 in a row as Cassius Winston led the way with 20 points. MSU will be the top seed in the Big Ten Tournament, which begins on Wednesday in New York. State will not play until Friday.
