Playing each other for the second time in less than a week, Michigan State edged Wisconsin 63-60 on Friday in their openeing game of the Big Ten Tournament. MSU has won 13 games in a row. Miles Bridges had 20 points and Cassius Winston 17 for the Spartans, who play the winner between Michigan and Nebraska on Saturday.
