The Detroit Pistons were buying before Thursday’s NBA trade deadline, making two deals. Detroit acquired guard Jameer Nelson from Chicago for Willie Reed, and them picked up small forward James Ennis from Memphis for Brice Johnson. Reed and Johnson had been acquired last week from the Clippers, in the deal that brought Blake Griffin to the Pistons.
