It took seven rounds of shootout, but the Detroit Red Wings finally beat the San Jose Sharks 2-1 on Wednesday night, to snap a two game losing streak. Trevor Daley scored in regulation for the Wings, while Justin Abdelkader scored the goal that decided the shootout. The Wings play in Carolina on Friday night.
