The Detroit Pistons ended an 8 game losing steak on Tuesday with a 125-114 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Stanley Johnson scored 26 points to pace the Pistons attack. Reggie Bullock added 22, Andre Drummond had 21 with 21 rebounds, Anthony Tolliver finished with 20 points, and Ish Smith had 19. The Pistons play the second game of a six game home stand on Thursday night, against Memphis.
