Fort Gratiot Township will see the return of a retailer this year, which is espcially good news after the announcemnt of the pending closure of the Macy’s at the Birchwood Mall earlier this week. Gander Outdoors, formerly known as Gander Mountain, announced the initial list of retail stores that are scheduled to open in 2018. Making that list is the local location on 24th Avenue. The retailer says stores are set to rapidly re-open over the next few months.
