The SC4 men’s basketball team led by as many as ten in the second half, but had to hold on for a 87-85 win on Monday night over Lake Michigan College at the Field House. Quintin Johnson scored 16, Jermaine Drake 14, Ross Hinkley 13, and Derrick Johnson 12 for the Skippers (8-2). James Smith scored 28 points in a losing effort for the Red Hawks.
