Brian Dozier and Eduardo Escobar each hit a home run and knocked in three runs for the Twins, who beat the Tigers 6-3 on Friday night in the first game of a three game series in Minnesota. Nicholas Castellanos hit a two run home run for Detroit, giving 101 RBI for the season. The Tigers and Twins rematch on Saturday evening in Minneapolis.
