The Tigers Justin Upton played a part in the American League beating the National League 2-1 in ten innings on Tuesday night in Miami, in the MLB All-Star Game. Upton made a sprawling catch in right field to take away an extra base hit in the bottom of the tenth to help preserve the win for the Junior Circuit. At the plate Upton went one for two with a single and a strike out. The Tigers return to action on Friday night against Toronto at Comerica Park.
