Miguel Cabrera hit a big three run home run, as the Tigers came back from an early 3-0 disadvantage, to beat Kansas City 5-3 on Tuesday night at Comerica Park. Justin Verlander gave up hits to the first five batters he faced, but then went on to pitch seven innings and earn his first win since May 20. JD Martinez added a triple and a home run for the Tigers, who have won two in a row. Game two of a three game series is set for Wednesday night.
