With the 21st pick in this years NFL draft on Thursday night, the Detroit Lions grabbed Florida line backer Jarrad Davis. The 6’1″ Davis is 238 lbs., and seems to be a solid pick by Detroit, who are currently thin at the position. Other notable picks from round one include Western Michigan wide out Corey Davis going 5th overall to Tennessee, while Michigan’s Jabril Peppers was taken 25th by Cleveland, and Taco Charleton went 28th to Dallas.
