Andrew Romine hit his first career grand slam home run, leading the Detroit Tigers to a 5-3 win over the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday at Comerica Park. Tyler Collins also knocked in a run for the Tigers, who fell behind 3-0, before rallying to win their third straight game. The first place Tigers wrap up their series with Minnesota on Thursday afternoon in Detroit.
