Michigan State closed out the regular season on Saturday with a 63-60 road loss to Maryland. Nick Ward had 22 points and 16 rebounds for the Spartans, who also got 18 points from Miles Bridges. The Spartans are (18-13) and likely need a god showing in the Big Ten Tournament to keep hopes alive of going to the NCAA tournament.
