Justin Abdelkader scored a power play goal in overtime, lifting the Detroit Red Wings to a 3-2 win in Vancouver on Tuesday night. It was the first goal in 23 games for the slumping forward. Franz Nielsen scored the other two Detroit goals. The Wings are in Calgary on Friday for the second game of a five game road trip.
