Down 18 to start the fourth quarter, the Detroit Pistons rallied for a 114-108 overtime win against Charlotte, at the Palace on Thursday. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope had 33 and Tobias Harris added 25 for the Pistons, who have won two in a row. Detroit will host Boston on Sunday.
